The farm 



Surrounded by the green 'Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, the farm covers about 12 hectares. Coming to Chiastre it feels to be overlooking the valley, a large lawn ago from balcony and small rivers delimiting the frame property. 
 


 The land is varied, oak forests, fields of lucerne, fascinating gorges with rivers flowing streams, groves of juniper and wild rose, and of course Chiastre
 


 You will be irresistibly drawn to the great light and space, from peace as the perfume and the smell of musk, sage, wild flowers, yet kept the uncontaminated woods.
 

 


 You will be amazed how much the microclimate here at Podere is very comfortable in every season, we are sheltered from north winds and the sunshine all day long

Two within the farm buildings are at the core housing served by several outbuildings as the woodshed, the well storage.
 The house and barn were built in 1870 were among the buildings of historic value.
 From the barn was originally a large apartment with all modern amenities, now used as Bed & Breakfasts.
